Quite a lot of nicely modeled Federation wreckage you have there.

Not the best screenshots as this is from the laptop at 1080 low. This is my rifle, this is my gun! Pop a painkiller or use the vaseline and the sharpness is dialled right up - its quite an effect in motion Beautiful sunrise, a day of raiding ahead No more sniping for you, his arm and leg hanging over the side

Its a rainy day in tarkov and the raindrops are landing on my lovely new assault rifle. Sadly i died, so I no longer own it. I've gone on a 6 or 7 player killing streak while trying to tag the fuel tankers. Last one and this sneaky scav was tip-toeing around the back. I dropped prone and blew his legs off

Never been into Warhammer but that last 'isometric' shot looks like it might be a game I'd like. Is it realtime or turnbased?

It's turn based, but it has a mechanic that forces you to advance. You can't explore everything.

It's turn based, but it has a mechanic that forces you to advance. You can't explore everything. You can. Doing optional (red) fights on the tomb maps will decrease the awakening timer by 4 and if you scan and then destroy every computer you come across as well you can end most missions with 0-2% added to the awakening meter, at least in the later half of the game. It's cheesy and kind of pointless, but possible if you really want to.
I didn't explore every room in the tombs but I did every mission in this playthrough and ended with awakening at around 75%.
You don't explore in the maps like the one in the last screenshot though; those are usually small and purely for fighting. I don't have a screenshot of it, but when you choose a mission you get put into a tomb with lots of rooms in a bit of a maze. Each room has either a fight or a little choose your own adventure text blurb and you can choose if you want to beeline to the mission objective rooms or explore more of the optional stuff. It's very simple and more about weighing potentially getting more items and currency against more awakening and debuffs if you're unlucky.
The game is basically a bunch of cyborg Martians arguing about whether to gather knowledge or burn everything to the ground, choosing what bits to bolt onto other cyborg Martians and having fun turn based fights against undead Egyptian terminators. If you like that sort of thing it's very good, but it's very narrow in scope.

Pillars of Eternity II: It certainly is pretty. Especially the lighting, weather and water effects.
It can be a bit much sometimes. I certainly didn't know what to make of that mess (depicted below) anymore...

Don't think I've ever seen that game before. Looks cool in a horrible early 3D way.

Is it the one where Indy picks up and ancient artifact he just found and spins a little wheel on it then quips .. "Wheely"
I vaguely remember it all being around the late 90s or early 2000s when I was rocking my first few 3d cards. I think I'd just moved on from 3dfx and was on the STB riva. Thought it was awesome trying every game I could get hold of for that hi res gaming action

It is more or less a Tomb Raider clone, yeah. But for what it's worth, I actually like it better than the TR games. The levels are massive, it's more colorful, and there isn't as much combat as in TR2. Not much dialogue, so I can see why adventure fans were disappointed, but what's there isn't bad. Also, it's Indy.

Yeah it was at the time but I can't imagine it will have aged well. So many games I look back on fondly but forget their shit performance/controls etc.

I think the controls sucked. We didn't have gamepads on pc back then, so all keyboard controls like Tomb Raider. Vaguely remember playing a demo of this?

Yeah it was at the time but I can't imagine it will have aged well. So many games I look back on fondly but forget their shit performance/controls etc. True, however, since it copies Tomb Raider so blatantly, if you are used to that (which wouldn't be strange for such a popular game back then), then you won't have any problems with this either. In fact, it actually streamlines a few things from Lara's arsenal - for example, you don't need a separate button to grab on ledges or jump on low height obstacles. Shame that, by 1999, we already had games like Shadow Man which let you move around much more smoothly. I think the controls sucked. We didn't have gamepads on pc back then, so all keyboard controls like Tomb Raider. Vaguely remember playing a demo of this? Probably. There was a demo, like for almost all games of its time. There is also a rare N64 version, only released in the USA, that actually changed the controls a lot, making movement relative to the camera and also adding Z-targeting. Basically it turned the game into Zelda. It still requires precise platforming at times though, so I'm not sure whether tank controls wouldn't have been better. Also you had to play in a magnificent 256x200 (or 400x440 with the expansion pak).

I don't know if I'll ever go back and finish Kena: Bridge of Spirits, for I am very old and do not ever want to fight a boss battle again. But it certainly looked nice.

That does look very pretty, and I don't particularly mind boss battles. It is fun otherwise?

It is. I liked running around and climbing and doing little magical jumps. It's all very cute, which probably makes getting repeatedly stomped by a big scary tree guy stick out even more harshly.
Apparently it's similar to the Souls games, but I only know those secondhand.

Charming. I don't think I have heard of it.
Edit: More Pillars II.
60+ hours and I still haven't even explored half of it.
This labyrinth of Wael was a nice diversion and the encounter at the center with some Spectres a fiting conclusion. They tend to warp around a lot.
This one on the other hand didn't turn out so well. With my non-party characters unlevelled I got overwhelmed by their numbers during this boarding encounter. But they also just had a good amount of magical support. Really messy and the framerate completely tanked as well. Changing a few more things and turning it down to 30 frames has helped a lot.
Another encounter like that, but with my party at a higher level, the other people on the ship levelled and some new toys as well.
Death Ring is exactly right for this kind of mass encounter.
After that Aloth did cast Llengrath's Safeguard to make some room and improve his defenses, while Serafen below prepares Silent Scream. My dwarven Warcaller can be seen to the top after having charged through and having left behind quite a few stunned enemies.
Bit of a mishap. I somehow killed a bystander during an encounter and it resulted in having to clean up a whole lot of Magranites* that came storming in. To the right where my "squishies" were. I thought I would lose the engagment, so I just let Aloth cast some toxic aoe-spells on himself more or less, which mostly cleaned them up and Xoti survied with a few hp and was able to bring Aloth back while Serafen was lying around uselessly. The rest of the engagement took a long time as these constructs had a lot of high resistances.
Lack of planning > Charred Orlan.
*toxic clouds against toxic crowds, am I right? ... Why is nobody laughing?
