Damn, RIP If Dad hasn't seen this already he'll be gutted when he gets the news, he pretty much binge-watched the Sopranos (that's how I know him, too, I caught a lot of episodes myself)

the mix up on the phone with Tony re the Russian and then Paulie trying to explain to Christopher will always make me smile, as does the entire Pine Barrens episode. "He killed sixteen Czechoslovakians! Guy was an interior decorator!" -For all we know, he could be out there stalking us! -With what? His cock?

Pine Barrens is probably the best episode of anything, ever.
"Mayonnaise, freaking mayonnaise".

She married Trump. That's quite a character deficiency in itself even before you consider the offspring.

Kudos to the news alerts that just said “TRUMP DIES”

Oh shit, Alan Grant died (comic writer, done a good few Judge Dredd stories, but also summer very notable Batman stories, and loads of other stuff too).
Bit sad to hear.

David Warner has passed away at the age of 80.
I think I first saw him in Star Trek VI. He's always been absolutely brilliant in everything I've seen him in.

David Warner never stopped working, he was in everything.
Also famously, the victim of the most famous setpiece in The Omen, and the guy who causes all the trouble in Straw Dogs.
He's great in Cross of Iron too. Great at being dishevelled with a fag in hand, yet could play ultimate evils and high-class aristos.
RIP. A great character actor.

He had a short but excellent stint in Twin Peaks, and then a few years later Wild Palms which I really want to rewatch. So many good roles and an instant presence.

Yeah that’s really sad to hear ‘Now I’m not a violent man, Mr Fawlty.’ That episode used to have me in stitches as a kid.
