Fucking Roblox customer support. One of my kids has had 2 clothing items that they bought with Robux disappear from their account. They were 5 robux each, so the grand total value for both is about 10p, but it was their last 10 robux so they can't replace them. After 17 emails back and forth over the past 2 and a half weeks, and sending them several different screenshots and links and descriptions of the issue, the big advice so far is to clear cookies (which surprisingly had no effect) and Not that there's anything to record because there's nothing bloody there!
They (or their bot) always replies very politely and promptly, but it's a masterclass in deflection to avoid refunding 10p worth of virtual currency to a kid.

I assume they got removed from the store and that's the reason. Seems shitty that when something gets removed from the store anyone that bought it just loses access though.

I do agree that it's not very helpful and a bit pointless, but to play devil's advocate it's one of the ways to get metrics and data. How useful that data is, is a very a good question.

Uncle had an operation to have a tumour removed for lung cancer, got rid of it but found more elsewhere - intense chemo on the way.
Car clutch went, then the windscreen, then the coil spring all in the space of 2 weeks.
Lower back is fucked at 36 years old despite years of on and off physio/swimming/physical therapy - can't get a scan after repeated requests. Can't play squash, go mountain biking or anything fun.
Work is non-stop - I'm working nearly two hours over every day for the past two months.
Finally, woke up to a leak in the ceiling this morning - insurance won't cover, had a leak just under five years ago (I thought it was just over) and didn't declare it when signing up.
Back on the cigs. Feel like I'm cracking.
Sorry, just needed to vent and my girlfriend's had enough of me moaning -_-
