This is only poo-adjacent but, since having two Huel shakes a day, my farts smell so revolting that I'm worried about going out but also can't bear to be in doors.

Dropped an absolute unit yesterday that really didn't look like it was going to flush down without breaking it up a bit first.
Best thing about stopping drinking is that pretty much every poo is a satisfying beastie, but that one was something else.

Don't think I've eaten anything weird. Apparently, having had a blether with some microbiologists, gut rot from bacteria is usually a 3-4day lag so no one remembers where it came from as they need time to grow in the stomach or gut. The more instant food issues are due to toxins they've already exuded into food. It was intersting, but i'd probably sooner not have known! |

Apparently, having had a blether with some microbiologists, gut rot from bacteria is usually a 3-4day lag so no one remembers where it came from as they need time to grow in the stomach or gut.
