I think in those constituencies a large proportion always vote blue regardless, because otherwise Corbyn will get in, replace the King with Hamas and put BLM in charge of reversing Brexit.

The results are good... but I still don't get who is voting conservative - they still got nearly 30-40% of votes in both. This is usually where I would say 'people arent that bad, the progressive vote usually dwarfs the tory vote, its just split' which is true in beds but what the fuck is going on in Tamworth? Sarah Edwards (Lab) 11,719 (45.80%, +22.12%) Andy Cooper (C) 10,403 (40.66%, -25.66%) Ian Cooper (Reform) 1,373 (5.37%) Ashlea Simon (Britain 1st) 580 (2.27%) Robert Bilcliff (UKIP) 436 (1.70%)

I dont think we will get an election any time soon. They will want as much road as possible to install yet another moron and give them time to campaign, completely oblivious to the fact that this is the last thing 93% of the country want.
I'm sure they are finding and replacing as we speak
Dear 1844 Commitee,
I am writing to inform you of my lack of confidence in Teresa Boris Liz Rishi....

Correct me if I'm wrong but there is no real way for Labour to force a general election. The Conservatives are never going to vote for their own death.

I mean, its "only" a year away, I cant see why they would bother. Its not whats best for the country but this death by a thousand cuts will suit them just fine.

According to the BBC:
Are they really that stupid, or are they just being dishonest as usual?
If it's true that turnout was low, then their "biggest problem" is that even dyed-in-the-wool Tory voters couldn't bring themselves to turn up and vote for this sorry shower. That didn't happen in a vacuum, you disingenuous asshats.

There’s lots of reasons to worry about a big war that we get involved in, but one of them is that wars tend to strengthen belief in the incumbent political party and wartime elections are rarely lost.

I am writing to inform you of my lack of confidence in Teresa Boris Liz Rishi....May is still an outside possiblity (although perhaps more remote given these results), but from what I gather, they prefer October purely because the Tories haven't got enough cash to fight in all the seats they need to. Usually it's bare bones campaigning in lots of safe seats. No such thing these days.

One of the other ones being that it could lead to total Anhilation of the human race? Therefore maybe a big war isn't going to happen cause surely everyone knows it's a no win scenario.

I have to say, I am very surprised. My mate lives there and sent me the candidate list a while ago and, wow, they sent some cranks in.
I was also watching vox pops from Tamworth on the news yesterday and pretty much everyone other than a teacher was trotting out the migrants greatest hits. The only thing that made me pause was some of them seem to hate Rishi more than they hate migrants.

That's 13 seats this government have lost due to by elections and defections. Has any government performed this badly in one term?

I like that this thread could just be all the actual things Sunak should be unlikeable for, other than the physical traits. There are plenty of them.

Its a fucking shame the tory scum will not call a election any time soon as they know they will lose and need to cling on and get as much tax money into the pockets of their friends and sunak's family as they can
Also the results also upset the tankie cunts (bonus) lots of cries of "Red tories!!!!" and "we'll see....." as they go back to their Hamas videos and corbyn love pillow
