It's quite shocking. Is he saying similarly that a Scottish PM (or other English non Anglican) couldn't properly do the job? That they aren't proper Brits??? Extraordinary. Edit: on Sharkey interview. If that Scottish PM wasn't a white Christian then yes.

Love how he says "I know it's controversial to say", knowing full well that's the absolutely toned down version of what he wanted to say.

Fuck sake. Trying to keep up with local election results on the news while working, but both BBC and Sky are deciding to spend time watching some old chap shuffling around kissing hands and shaking babies, whilst some people yell for the sky fairy to save him.

Yay, UKIP completely wiped out. That’s nice. Although obviously the subtext is that their voters are happily voting Tory these days.

Great Tory Result!
They'd spin a funeral into some sort of positive outcome.

The line is that they were unable to deliver the dividends because covid immediately happened. We are just now seeing the delayed dividends trickle through like that trade deal they just inked thats worth like 1.8% of our old EU one.

Hurrah, back to no overall control in Central Beds. The Lib Dems in my ward had nearly 3 times the votes of the Tories and Labour, but as the Lib Dems were the only ones I saw campaigning here, and they based all their material on it being a stright fight with the Tories, I think that means plenty of Labour voters switched to bin off the twats. I'm realy interested to see how pollsters can quantify people like me who voted tactically, or are we basically outside all the models?

Up at 910 seat loss now. Although apparently only a 10 point lead if taken across GB. Hmm.
