I meet up with a friend every few months for lunch and recently we've been going to Wagamamma (hey, we like it).
You can pay by app after eating, which we usually do as it can be a pain trying to get the servers attention. So essentially we just pay and walk out, but nobody really seems to check. Would be very easy to just leave.

I've normally got over 100 tabs open in my work instance of Chrome, and then about 30 in my personal one.
I use tab groups to minimise the clutter. In the work browser there is a tab group for all active projects and I will have anything useful to the project in there - the original statement of work, probably a Google Sheets tracker, some presentation decks, a Miro board or anything else that I need quick access too.
They are in an order that makes sense to me, and things get closed once superseded. Tab groups get expanded when I need to look at that project and collapsed when not. It makes it very easy to work off more than one machine and restores after a restart.
For personal browser I use it more like bookmarks and have a Daily group (email, here, couple of other sites I visit daily) then one for Finance, and on labelled To Read where I place things I haven't got time for when I first open them (longer articles mainly). That last one is a place some things go to die and I do tidy it up from time to time but it's a useful way to save things for later.
Chrome is essentially my desktop though - I use very few installed apps apart from Outlook/Teams on my work machine, and nearly everything is an online service.
