Excuse the ignorance, but would that lead to surgery? From what I’ve read, if the eating disorder also has aspects of body dysmorphia, surgery can be used to alter whatever the obsession may be based on. No idea about specific examples though. |

I don't give a single shit to be honest. Though it would be amusing if this featherweight story is the thing that turns people against the royals.

Well of course the adverts are competent, they're adverts. In reality you're very likely to get artifacts like the royal's shot.
I'm just finding it hard to care if they edited a family pic, it's hardly a cover up.

I'm guessing this sentiment is coming somewhat from the idea that "the camera never lies", which has never been true, but of course is becoming even less true. All photos are edited, from the act of composing it onwards through all the processes afterwards.
