Stupidly enough, I'd previously read this and thought it referred to the country of Georgia and not the state.
As you say, American houses are often wood, so that's easy to penetrate.

American houses are purposefully made of thin walls in case you need to shoot someone inside.

I was watching a documentary where they interviewed some military experts, and they said that if you're under fire in your house you should take cover behind the PS5 as it's one of the few things the bullets can't penetrate.
[edit] Just to be clear, this is entirely made up. Don't use your PS5 as a bulletproof shield!! I take no responsibility.
The original XboX on the other hand, has been proven to reliably stop sniper rounds.

Didn't the OG Xbox stop a bullet with no real damage to it? An American console for real American homes!

Yes, easily. The SLR could kill at distances of over a mile and was known to go through more than one wall in northern Ireland. We were always told to consider what is behind the target we're aiming at, in case we miss. The SLR is a rifle and a 7.62mm one and I assume the calibre of bullet was lower in this, but then it doesn't say what the round was nor the gun. A .303 round was considered still potentially dangerous (lethal) at up to 4000 yards? The SLR had greater muzzle velocity and the 5.56 bullpups even more than that. This is probably 20 metres, they think? At that range, most modern handguns could penetrate a wall and still comfortably kill a person.

But he was only in the news last week about breaking US Federal law by lying on import documentation Brewdog flouted US laws over beer imports www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-60054053And I’m sure Googling the tax arrangements of Brewdog would show it to be all above board and not off-shore

Art vandalism is definitely a niche thing. I liked the guy who drank a load of blueberry juice and spewed up on a Mondrian. Sorry can't find a link.
