Too late for a February revolution, too early for October. Hey, the October revolution happened on a November, they can call it by whatever month they feel like

Haha, where the fuck did they find tanks if Russia hardly has any left.
Hopefully this is the start of something big.

I believe they are part of the Ukrainian military so they are armed & equipped by them. There was drone footage showing what seemed to be HMMVs across the border, I'm sure the Russians will love that.

Presumably, if you cast your mind back to initial predictions of the war, they laid in caches of weapons for guerilla operations along with some hard bastards to train em. Like Maoist protracted war or the Auxillary Units planned for the UK if the Nazis invaded.
Armoured vehicles though you imagine they just pinched them from the absolute shit show of Russian staging areas.

Russia really can't escape it's own history replacing one arsehole for another time and time again. I reckon they could bring in Harry and Meghan as the Tsar and Tsarina. Sod Brexit, we can just create Brissia. Interesting... who's going to be Rasputin?

Remember Russian army has abandoned / left behind quite a lot of vehicles.
Ukraine might not give them their own stuff, but what about abandoned russian vehicles? Similarly ammunition etc.

Not heard much from Dominic Cummings for a while....he does have Russian connections... Neil Oliver might not have the sexually magnetic eyes, but could smell like a goat, if you are going for historical accuracy.

Almost all offsets have a much smaller effect than advertised (some are outright scams). Carbon capture doesn't work at any kind of significant scale yet (and may never do). No company (or person) that claims to "climate compensate" while they still release massive amounts of CO2 and other pollutants should be taken seriously.

Hey, the October revolution happened on a November, they can call it by whatever month they feel like But it was the 2nd one and part of an ongoing series that lasted 6 (?) years. They overthrew the Tsarists in February 17, then the overthrowers were overthrown in November (or October, depending on which calendar you cling to). Anyway, I'm glad someone got what I meant. This Russia Freedom brigade then. Anyone know how many numbers they have? And they've got access to tanks + helicopters? Tf is going on I shouldn't hold your breath for a Russian Revolution just yet.

The Swedish government has taken a surprise decision to approve training of "experienced Ukranian pilots" on Swedish Saab 39 Gripen, at the request of the Ukranian government. Sauce in Swedish: www.svt.se/nyheter/inrikes/ukrainska-piloter-ska-fa-provflyga-jas-gripen
I'm a bit puzzled. The aircraft itself would make sense for Ukraine. It's built specifically to counter Russian air power, is made to be easily (relatively speaking) serviceable by conscripts and to operate in more or less guerilla conditions without the big air bases and logistics that most western aircraft require. The idea being that if Sweden was invaded we'd be able to hide planes in caves or even covered in forests and take off and land on regular highways, which makes it very hard to locate and target them on the ground. And they're fully NATO compatible, so can make use of Meteor missiles or any other goodies we or NATO could give them.
But we don't have any planes to give away, and producing new ones would be slow. The Swedish airforce has made it very clear that they don't have any to spare. Other countries that operate them only have a handful and I doubt Hungary, South Africa or Thailand are going to send fighter aircraft to Ukraine. Czechia might, but they only have 14 of them.
Maybe there's some longer term plan, but I hope this isn't just some PR bollocks from our idiot government. Pushing for F-16s seems to make much more sense for Ukraine as there are so many more of them around in western countries, and lots of NATO members are in the process of upgrading their air forces.

The fighting is intense apparently. First video of german tank being damaged or destroyed is out.
Can't imagine the life loss happening.

Can only hope the news of the Ukrainian army making advances in places and breaching some of the prepared defences are actually true.

I've no idea what capacity Ukraine have, but I'd love to see several months of slow, steady advances culminating in a total rout of Russian forces before winter. But I think that's wishful thinking.

Ciao Berlusconi.
They can skip the embalming process. They'll dig him up in 2000 years and he'll look fresh.
