That made me feel like Joaquin Phoenix in Gladiator. Great fight, absolutely brutal.

It was great, not a big boxing expert but that was quite something.

Very entertaining. I didn't see any of the weigh in or prefight news so didn't realise how heavy they both were. Anyway with the weight, height, long arms and the way they both fight it was never going to pretty but they were both going for it so made for a dramatic battle.
Got to respect them both, they both took a lot of punishment and kept going for the knock out. I think AJ would have lost to both these guys going by that performance.

Watching it now, how the fuck did Wilder get to the 11th?! Really impressive by Fury.

Can't see anyone beating him. He would beat AJ inside 5 round

So glad Fury won that. I look forward to hearing what bullshit excuses Wilder comes up with as to why he lost for a third time.

Tbf, the quotes I've seen are just "I got bested". Seemed to recognise that he was well beaten.

Tbf, the quotes I've seen are just "I got bested". Seemed to recognise that he was well beaten. Give him a few weeks and he'll chat some absolute bollocks. Same thing happened previously - in the aftermath he was all 'no excuses'. A few weeks later he: - Blamed the weight of his suit during the ring walk for taking the power from his legs - Accuses Fury of deliberately pulling his gloves down and punching through the thin material at the wrist - Accuses Fury of using a kitchen implement in his gloves, which is what created the bruising on his face - Accuses his own team of poisoning his water with muscle relaxant - Accuses the ref of bias - Sacks his corner man for throwing in the towel I'm sure there were plenty of of others too. At no point has he faced up to the reality that he got beaten by a better fighter. Apparently he even refused to shake Fury's hand at the end of this one and told him he didn't respect him. The guy is completely deluded.

Just to touch on Lukus said, Wilder's lack of grace is really offputting. I have been a critic of Fury in the other place, but in the years since, Fury has turned me into a fan. But Wilder, by contrast is a poor ambassador for boxing. And his ridiculous decision for sacking his corner man from the last fight could have had serious implications in this fight. I wouldn't have been sad to see this fight stopped in round 6/7. At that point, Wilder looked completely exhausted and if not for making himself an awkward target, could have been badly hurt with powerful combinations.
I was explaining to my other half, who is a librarian, that Wilder's success lies (as we all know) in his right hand. If he were a librarian, he would be one that didn't know how to use the Dewey decimal system, but still could somehow, inexplicably find books he wanted, when needed.
The way forward for Fury is obvious. But where does Wilder go from here? What does anyone important gain from chancing a fight against a dangerous opponent like Wilder? Interesting to see what happens next in his career.

Wilder Joshua is the best bet for both of them

I agree that from a financial perspective, Fury can have another fight with Wilder and have the long-awaited Joshua fight. Same with Wilder. But what does Joshua gain from fighting Wilder? It's an unnecessary risk, because right now, I struggle to see Joshua beat Wilder. And Joshua's stock, should he be able to beat Usyk (big fucking if), will be high enough to fight Fury after. That's how I see it.
But then on top of that comes what Fury wants. I can see a situation where Fury just says, fuck Wilder. What's the point of a fourth fight? I get the impression that Fury doesn't want to fight forever, a la Klitschko. Beat Joshua/Usyk and after that, might as well retire as an unbeaten champion. How much money does a Gypsy King need?

I think he continues for the sake of his mental health. He's stated multiple times he needs boxing for his sanity - the structure it brings, the need to train, the motivation of competing. Maybe that's BS, but I take it at face value given his story so far.
Winner of Joshua/Usyk will be his next fight I would assume. Wilder will probably just retire.

. I can see a situation where Fury just says, fuck Wilder. He's already said that, so if there is a fourth fight, it won't be immediately (but don't rule it out in a few years I reckon) I think he'd have a mandatory fight, which is probably the winner of Whyte v Wallin. If Whyte wins that would be an all UK fight which probably makes some sense for all involved.

I think that sounds about right to me re Fury and his mental health.
I didn't realise that the mandatory challenger will be the winner of Whyte's next fight.

Word is Whyte is injured now. A few mentioning suspiciously injured as he would probably now get the Fury fight without having to face Wallin.

Jake Paul strikes me as being the poster boy for every single thing that's wrong with internet fandom. That said, as much as I'd like to see him take an absolute battering, not sure if Fury Jr. is quite the man to do it.

Whyte is a pointless fight. He's an OK boxer but he'll never beat Fury, Wilder or Usyk.
I don't think get could get past Parker.
Alvarez vs Caleb Plant this weekend. Bit one sided but could be an upset. Another fight where I'll accidentally see the result before the highlights.

But Whyte has already beat Parker?
He deserves his shot abs if Fury wants to be the best of the era he needs to beat all challengers

So Tommy Fury has pulled out of fighting a Youtuber. Add even more embarrassment to a total farce. Not sure there is a boxer between the two of them.

His first round TKO against Vargas made him look dangerous and this confirmed it.
Fast and accurate, that right hand cross and jab are lethal.
