I don't think it's Israel being at a certain stage in his career honestly, I think that's just how he fights. His first title defence was against Romero and was the same and even before that he had some meh fights. If his opponent isn't rushing in on him recklessly, he'll just sit back, play it safe and won't be very offensive. It works but it's indeed bland.
I'm gutted for Max. I thought he looked a step slower in the Yair fight and slower still against Volk. Kind of worry his time at the top is over but I hope he can bounce back.

Fair play to him there, great finish. Definitely hating him less lately.

I thought if I like Paddy Pimblett now anything is possible. I'm still fairly sure that a coven of Colin Robinson's have nested here and are feeding upon us but Paddy's heartfelt male suicide monologue has given me the strength and insight to post again.

I actually deliver to someone called Colin Robinson. I have yet to grow the balls to discuss the situation with him as I have a feeling he won't have a clue what I'm talking about.

Haven't really been following UFC, where has this Aspinall come from, is he good? I'm in better nick than him, he really doesn't look like a fighter.

He has been on a decent streak and is quite explosive. Have to want him to beat Blaydes as I really don't like him and his fights are often boring as shit.

Gutted for Tom. These things happen though. At least he didn't have a horrow show leg break. Decent card overall, disappointed with Paul Craig. Looked like he was taking the piss.

Thought the card was pretty dull honestly Molly/Paddy both had layups Shit for Aspinall, seems like quite a serious injury. He's been looking like a proper threat to the division too.

Feel that was an early stoppage on Lewis.

Dispute this one Cruz...

I like Cruz so I wasn't too pleased with that. Thought he looked decent too, just never had the power to really faze Chito. He's had a tendency to dip towards his opponent strikes but usually got away with it

I like him but seems to always blame others.
Anyone giving Edwards a chance tonight?

If he can avoid the takedown then he can win.

I think Usman might want to prove he can out strike him. Which will play into Leon's hands. Hopefully anyway. Will suck if it's just Leon getting taken down over and over.

I like him but seems to always blame others. Anyone giving Edwards a chance tonight? For the Cejudo loss sure, but he accepted the Faber one and later the Garbrandt one fine. This one too. I do give Edwards a chance tonight, I think he's one of the more well rounded fighters Usman's fought lately. Still reckon Usman is the favourite.

I can’t see him winning by stoppage and championship fights that go the distance tend not to be given to the challenger.
Given that Diaz caught Leon and had him on his skates in his last fight and Kamaru hits hard I’ll say there’s a good chance Kamaru catches and stops Edwards in the fourth.

I'm giving Edwards no chance.
So expect the shock to happen given my prediction skills

If he can avoid the takedown then he can win. With very, very, like, very few exceptions, when has avoiding the takedown ever worked?

Takedown Defense
1 Kamaru Usman 100% 2 Jon Jones 95.0% 3 Eddie Wineland 93.3% 4 Jimmie Rivera 92.6% 5 Renan Barao 92.5% 6 Ketlen Vieira 92.3% 7 Gleison Tibau 92.1% 7 Rafael Fiziev 92.1%
These guys did/do ok at avoiding them.
