Ah shame. I had Whitaker winning, thought commentary was pretty biased (again)
Just sucks as well though because Whitaker already had to fight 3 contenders in a row to get this rematch. How would he go about getting a 3rd fight now? I think Israel comfortably beats a lot of the other guys at MW, including Jared really

Definitely, Israel is going to be champ a long time. None of the current MWs seem to have anything to get past his range, movement and counters. He was super impressive when he was fresh in round 1, the way he was moving around - light on his feet, but not "on his toes" so he was always planted and you felt as though he could strike hard at any moment, and managing the space between him and Whittaker.
I still think he's beatable though. Whittaker really needed to put a right on the end of some of those lefts he was throwing.

The commentary was terrible against Haqsparat early on. It was only when he landed multiple nice shots that they went ok he's dangerous.

He beat Whittaker without really trying there, just did enough. He's too skilled for the division,and we won't get a new champ until he retires or moves up a class permanently.

I've cancelled my BT Sports sub after it went up loads, but I've just got a Fight Pass sub (which is currently 50% off for the year, so £36.00 in total). Just have to avoid spoilers for 48 hours after main events and PPVs... /sigh

The Cain thing does really seem out of nowhere. Thought Islam's win over the weekend was good, there were talks he'd fill in and face RDA since Fiziev is out, I'd have liked that. Lukus Does Fight Pass get cards 2 days later? I was under the impression it was at least a full month. |

Remembering when I had Fight Pass, some events and PPVs go up after a day or two or a week, some take over a month.
I think it's dependant on the scale of the event, like a Rousey/McGregor card would take at least a month maybe 2.
