Got the newer reissue Real Ghostbusters, unlike the 1st wave which I gave up getting due to scalper prices.

Ha shit. I had both the Winston and Peter of those specific toys. Weirdly I only ever had the original Peter figure, even though I remember at school seeing Slimer & Stay Puft in Argos catalogue and wanting. Guess I spent my money on Technic Lego and Garfield books instead.

Isn't there Xennial for folks like you? At least that's what a guy in work insisted because he didn't want to be called a millennial. Thats so fucking millennial of him.

I never had a full set of any action figure set until TMNT. Remember how you’d get a huge poster with a Transformer with every figure available on display? I was in awe of those. Took one in to school one time for show and tell. (Immediately got told to sit down).
Those who were able to complete Bruticus, I salute you.

I've got 6 ripe strawberries in my herb patch primed for picking tomorrow with pancakes for my girls.

Yeah I didn't want to jinx it by saying I'm going to jinx it now. So have I negated the jinx by mentioning it twice?

My cat's breath smells like cat food. Finally managed to get these at sensible price. Now if I want OT figures I'll have to use eBay, due to retro collection ignoring them now.

Welp, I bought some 40 year old plastic. Gamorrean guard seemed bigger when young, much like a Wagon Wheel.

The Ewok looks oddly frightening without his (medicine man?) gear.

Loved me some Look and Read shit back in the day.
Pump that Geordie Racer straight into my veins with Through the Dragon's Eye on the side.

Through the Dragon’s Eye was basically our Game of Thrones.

That's where the nostalgia hits, looking over old winter catalogues. We had the game Taboo, that was good to play, just a jazzed up version of Charades but with words you can't use on a card.

I might have mentioned this before, but I used to take the Argos catalogue to school with me. They had to ask me to stop.

Atnosfear the Harbingers properly caught my imagination. I even painted all the skulls and counters.
