Brock turned on Cody - will find out why on another show.
Miz has been getting beaten up for weeks.
Didn't really see anything odd with the Streets, they won on Saturday so challenged the new champs.
Bayley was pulled last minute for some reason but that's not the first time HHH has done that. The cage match between her and Becky got pulled last minute a couple months back. Trish got pulled the night after Elimination Chamber again by HHH last minute. HHH canned the Lashley open challenge at Mania.

“Yes and no. On a higher level, yeah . In the weeds, which I always loved to get in the weeds in the past,” McMahon said, “no I can’t do that.”
Vince's reply when asked if he'll be involved in creative. He's 100% back.
RAW after Mania used to be a great show - now it's a shell of its former self. Coupled with a disappointing Night 2 of Mania and the first night feels like an age away.
Also - Rollins is fucking grating. I've no idea why he's over when everything he does (bar in-ring work) is cringe.

A bit of audience participation can take you a fairly long way.

Easy to forget the last couple of Raw after Mania have been a bit poor. The Brits helped make it feel special with all the chants and singing but they don't seem to have gone back over in large numbers since covid.

But seriously Snoop did so damn well here taking over the situation.

Yeah, hell of an audible to call and it was worth so much more than whatever Shane was supposed to do

Yep.
That time plus the replay of Seths entrance/highlights from night 1 matches should have been used for Lashleys open challenge to be answered by LA Knight.
Speaking of Seth, video of him being told during the break to just stand in the ring for a couple seconds then leave are going around twitter so he was originally supposed to do something else. Possibly involving NXTs Pretty Deadly.
Edit...

Ha I saw that #WorstRawEver was trending on Twitter, read about the weird disjointed bookings, saw that vid of Seth being told his segment was being changed and then saw this just now; www.f4wonline.com/news/wwe/vince-mcmahon-back-in-charge-at-wwe-rawFeels like going back in time. As if he was ever going to just sit in the background and not revert to type and take control of creative.

That ref calling it in the ring louder than Cena.

She has a habit of it(especially bad in the tag match at the end of last year with Cena). But Snoop made the original call to get in and punch Miz. She just yelled to do the people's elbow which makes me wonder if Shane was going to do that?
Well that's sucks,
HBK clearly left to it last night. Bron going heel is the right move.

Watched a bit of Rampage, Guevara and Takeshita went ridiculously hard, shame the crowd was dead. If AEW is going to have another show it has to be live and treat importantly, not glorified dark tapings.

I really enjoy the wrestling on AEW but they can’t possibly need a fifth show to go alongside Dynamite, Rampage, Dark and Dark Elevation.
I get that they have a lot of talent who aren’t getting all the airtime they probably deserve but the answer could maybe be not having everyone feud with Jericho or having more of an informal brand split between Dynamite and Rampage or something not just another show that only the most insanely time rich superfans will watch.

I’m surprised they’re going for a stadium show as their first UK live event rather than somewhere like the O2. I guess it’ll bring the rest of their European fans over but 90,000+ is a huge swing.
Really sticks one on WWE who made such a big deal of doing a UK ppv that is going to be a smaller indoor show.

Unless the tickets are much cheaper than WWE I don't see them doing 90k. Seen 30k is what they are aiming for but then why not just use the Fulham ground?

Surprised they're going for Wembley - guessing it's to send a 'big time' message but there's no way they'll fill it.
Registered for tickets anyway - should be a great event and really hope I can get a few mates to go with me!
Another great Dynamite with some great surprises, matches and promos. Really on a roll lately imo.

With MitB and now this those bloody scalpers are having a field day.
No events in years but now 3 in 2 is pretty damn good so hopefully fans can get them/ at a decent price.

Cracking episode of Dynamite. Super happy about Switchblade showing up. He's been a favourite of mine since I saw him in York Hall for Revpro. Dax has been doing his best to turn me off FTR, but cool to see them stay in AEW. Seems WWE was never a consideration for them, given how hard he was riding TK after the show.
The LMAO CODY sign made me reluctantly chuckle. Edit: fuck me spoilers are hard.

90k is way over ambitious but who knows. I expect lots of people from Europe will travel in for it. Even if they tarp off some sections and can get up to 50k it would be insane.
Definitely going to get tickets, my wrestling mates WhatsApp group has been popping off this morning. If it's glorious weather, few beers etc it will be epic.
One of my life's regrets is not going to SummerSlam 92 although I do have a pristine copy of the programme which has an 8 page WWF merch catalogue insert which is retro glorious.

Nigel McGuiness might be AEWs most sensible signing in over a year but they also have a stacked team unless some are due to leave?
HHH really should have made him Raws main commentator.

Hayter V Riho was great, crowd was a little out of sync with what was happening at the start of the match but after that it superb. Having one of your main belts on someone who can have a good match against anyone and actually putting them on tv is a no-brainer move, but one that TK had been reluctant to do with the women until Hayter got the belt.
Also the MJF segment was bizarre and amazing, and I loved how it neatly flowed in to Sammy's entrance for his match.

I'm already thinking of dream cards for the All In show
Punk/Omega FTR/Young Bucks MJF/Ospreay Danielson/Zack Sabre Jr
In the highly likely event Punk isn't returning give us Danielson/Omega

I wonder what kind of demographic their shows have here. TNA always used to do decent sized tours because they were on Challenge and had a lot of kids turn up and obviously WWE has been sold to families for decades but I kind of assume the AEW audience is almost totally men aged 18-40. And to shift big numbers of tickets for this sort of thing you need families coming in. Are kids tuning in on Fite or ITVX? They might surprise me but 30 sounds a more realistic number than even 50 never mind 90.

AEW weekly TV gets more viewers in the UK than WWE but that's because one is on free TV the other locked behind BT which isn't doing great numbers anyways.
WWE will likely never deal with the terrestrial channels again after how badly C4 butchered the shows when they had rights.
Edit- maybe not the case now? AEWs highest viewed show was last year with just over 200k but they have since lost 60% of it's viewers. Can't find BT/WWE numbers.

Even a UK crowd of 30k would be spectacular. Especially a crowd of absolute marks, arguably last seen at scale at the NXT London Takeover which I remember being incredibly rowdy.
Dream card matches? Would like to see Britt vs Banks and then Omega Osprey and Danielson ZSJ as the ultimate nerdy mark double main event. Face MJF against heel Punk would be amazing too - if punk does come back I would imagine it would be to a chorus of boos.

Last years Clash was close enough for me in terms of marks.
Never reached the cringy "We are awesome" chants we used to get.
