Gah they're keeping the whole cringey brand Vs brand thing by the looks of it. I just don't think there's any heat behind that approach as for the rest of the year there isn't any "brand rivalry" going on.

Would be kind of dope if they really did go full on the draft and rivalry aspects though. Have Shawn control creative on NXT, Hunter on Raw and Heyman on Smackdown. See which show gets more popular, then do the yearly competitve PPV.

Not sure they will. Most likely see Damage control and another vs Askua, Bliss and I'm guessing Shotzi and Raquel.
Lashley vs Gunther
Belair vs Liv
Roman can't face himself so think it would be great to see him face Bron.
Edit- seems the brand vs brand isn't happening so no champ vs champ matches.

Now there’s someone who truly believe he’s the best in the world everywhere he goes and yet is proved wrong on every turn.
Now he’s burned every bridge down, what else is there for him to do? He sucks at MMA, people can’t stand to work with him as a commentator or pundit, and he’s above doing personal appearances. Goes without saying he’s not a good fit for TV or films either.
Maybe he can get an advertising deal with Chicago Town Pizzas or something.

I didn't watch Rampage (because I never do), but I'm guessing that's less on AEW and more on either Julia for how she fell or whoever set the table up for not putting it in the right spot.

I do wonder about guys like Miro and Andrade jumping from WWE because they were under under-utilised and under-valued only to find themselves on Dark the moment Tony Khan gets his hands on the next shiny new Fed release. Some of them feel like once that debut pop has faded that they got less tv time with Khan than Vince was giving them.
Triple H taking over is going to be a big draw for anyone he put an arm around in NXT too.

Making the jump to AEW for more TV time or ring time in general would be a mistake considering WWE have 5hrs of TV programming a week compared to AEWs 3, 12+ PPVs compared to 4 and shows like Superstars - not to mention the house show circuit and international tours.
If you could make a comparable salary but work less that must be a draw but guess it depends on individual motivations.
Obviously doesn't help that TK has hired way too big a roster for just 3 hours of TV and 4 PPVs.

Malakai went on IG saying how the dirtsheets are causing nothing but issues and making more crap up for clicks.
-Never had a 5 year contract
-Hasn't been granted a release and will be back on AEW TV in a couple weeks/months
Started to recieve death threats from AEW fans thinking he's going back to WWE.
