I'd prefer a subreddit to Discord, personally, but that's more because I'm already on Reddit (and feel that Discord can get a bit harder to follow along with at times, from what I've seen)

Well I went ahead and made the subreddit. It won't get used much hopefully anyway.
If anyone uses it to whine about being banned I'll kick 'em out. Only discussions about desperately wanting the site to come back up and speculations about why it went down will be allowed.

Only time it will be used. |

Discord is good for people that play games together as well though because of the voice channel. It will also be across all 3 platforms soon (and the switch in 25 years time).
Its a good thing for the community to have.

Discord is basically like whatsapp, perfect for a lifeboat. Very easy to keep up with.
People slagged it because it's nowhere near a good enough replacement for a forum.

Cross platform voice chat and discord is better quality than most in games.

I've always used the PlayStation one tbh, never needed cross platform and it seems better than the in game ones.
