I've seen a few variations of that, but yeah. Very clever.
Not been a great day for Man Utd all round, really.

I felt like I must have missed something about Paul Scholes.
I now deeply regret trying to find out.

Basically a video of him either sucking his daughter's toe, or biting her toenail. Not sure which one is weirder really? Or perhaps it's the fact that his daughter decided to upload it to her Instagram.

Or the comments he leaves on her posts I was going to look this up but I really don’t want to know. I’m still disturbed by whatever the fuck that toe video was.

This comparison before today's game is pretty incredible:

In one sense you would hope, given his affection for the club he'll do what's right and stand aside.
But on the other, this is quite literally the end of the road for him and his career. He will never get another high profile job ever again. Frankly I'd be astonished if another Premier League level club ever gave him a job again once he's done here so I can't say I blame him for trying to stick it out.

Isn’t that the thing though?
He was always a bottom tier PL manager the shock isn’t so much that he’s been found out but that he’s made it this far. If he hadn’t been given a caretaker role at United then after that Cardiff job the best he could’ve hoped for was a West Brom or a pre-takeover Newcastle and once he’s done at United it’ll be a brief stint somewhere unlikely abroad before returning to the PL to fail to save Villa or whoever from relegation.

His entire reign has been one of almost biblically fortunate timing of results. Wins the PSG tie out of nowhere to land the job, every single time the sharks have started to circle we've managed to pull a random win out of the bag or go on a little run to ease the pressure, but never good enough to break through the ceiling and truly challenge.
It's been a lottery win like run.

Pffft, come on, the old boys network will sort him out as and when.

never good enough to break through the ceiling and truly challenge. So like every manager since Fergie then. When are the board going to get it right?

I can't answer that question.
But what I can say is they aren't getting it right, right now and that's more important than the past. Just because Mourinho turned the place miserable doesn't mean we're indebted to letting a PE teacher run things because he says stuff we want to hear in pressers.

We need somebody strong who wants to stay long term and build. Somebody who would look at Harry maguire and know that he simply isn’t good enough, rather than put the captains armband on him. Then sell the useless overrated pleb for £50 million....

People were saying that Bruce getting £8m meant the abuse wouldn’t matter but I doubt money really means much when you’ve been in the game that long. Its almost a surprise more don’t just tell the fans where to stick it

Yeah they're human just like the rest of us. The pressure is always a bit practical but wrapped up with a lot of emotion and knee jerk abuse.

Most of the players presumably don't read loads about themselves in social media or the news, or just don't care.
Pogba has been slated countless times and still acts like a cunt at any given opportunity.

We have been playing Jose level football since the Sheffield United game last season (and before that to be honest), anybody who wasn't blinded by Ole's playing career and hatred for Jose could see it. I'll still love Ole as a player but he was never ever good enough to be manager at United. Liverpool was always going to happen sooner rather than later. We will now shut up shop for the next few games just to try not to lose, but it won't work over time, it never does. Now is the right time to say goodbye, we could do with a new manager boost just to try and get through this run of torturous games coming up. We could be looking at the relegation zone in 3 weeks.

Feasibly looking at our run up to the end of November, we will only pick up three points, maybe less.
