Just need a Harry Winks or Oliver Skipp winner at the emirates now.

If we drop points it'll be because we didn't score more. Should've had 4 or 5 today.

Arsenal winning by two goals was never in doubt. It very much was in doubt I'm not surprised the ref thought the fourth was offside but VAR was correct.

Really shouldn't have been close but well played Leicester in that second half and especially their keeper. Thought we played well but left a lot of goals on the table. Promising that we looked dangerous without Odegaard in a game like this.
Thought both goals we conceded fall into 'shit happens'. Annoying but not something you can do a great deal about.
Nice cameo from Nwaneri at the end. He's really pushing for starts.

The first Leicester goal was bad luck on Arsenal's part, the second was just a really well taken shot, it was a good goal I'd rather not have had happen.

I'm not even going to call that farce bad defending, it wasn't defending.

Bit of a mad game. Both teams stank the place out 1st half, bar Konate's bullet header.
2nd half should have been all Liverpool, and then some proper schoolboy defending let Wolves back in. The Pen was a pen, and Liverpool just did enough.
A few lessons that teams don't just fall over and die like West Ham did in the cup midweek.

Incredibly relieved to get the 3 points, vital to win any games after City drop points.
Thought the performance was actually pretty good but the Leicester keeper was immense and not much to be done about either goal.
Getting a little concerned that Chelsea might actually be good now which would be v depressing.

Dunno. They've had a pretty generous opening set of fixtures, minus City. You expect Brighton to be better but their defending first half made Spurs' defensive setup look like prime Mourinho Chelsea. Palmer being good at football is indisputable though.

If you’re looking for consistency you’re going to go insane. Better just to let it go.

In fairness we were not ready to restart so he was not delaying it.
The benchmark for what's a yellow has become so distorted and confusing that it just feels like a lottery at this point.
I thought there was only one obvious yellow worthy incident yesterday, which was Skipp's first half studs up slide tackle on Martinelli that went over the ball and finished on his planted ankle with force. The ref didn't book him!
The ref then gave out loads of soft yellows in middle of the game for innocuous stuff that no one cares about. Thankfully he didn't buy it when they tried to get Calafiori sent off so not all bad but even that only occurred because of the random period of soft yellows beforehand.

I thought the challenge on Saka was certainly a second yellow maybe even a straight red but ref played a terrible advantage and bottled the booking.

If we had dropped points yesterday it wouldn't have been on the ref though (thankfully). It would've been our profligacy and we'd have had to own it.
